What is a Treasured Memories Tribute Fund?

 

A Treasured Memories Tribute Fund is a page dedicated to the memory of your loved one, where you can honour their life and raise funds for St Catherine’s at the same time. These pages can be personalised in a variety of ways to make a fitting tribute to your loved one, and with no expiry date they can stay up for as long as you choose. People can upload photos to a photo gallery, light a virtual candle, leave a virtual gift, and add memories or anecdotes to a life story. You can keep track of your fundraising progress, knowing that you are making a real difference towards hospice care in our community, in your loved one’s name.

We’re a local charity with a big ambition: to help everyone face death informed, supported and pain free. Providing expert hospice care, we’re there for people in West Sussex and East Surrey when life comes full circle. We also pioneer standards in end-of-life care through collaboration, research and training, reaching even more people facing death and bereavement.

 

From caring for people at home, in our Living Well Centre and on our wards, our expert teams are on hand to support those facing death and loss. We not only care for those who are terminally ill but offer bereavement and carer support to their loved ones, along with support for children and young adults through counselling.
